Order
We aim to package and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Your parcel will be sent, whenever possible on a next day delivery service with DHL. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer delivery anywhere outside of the UK. We hope to expand our postal service in the future. Signing up to our mailing list or following us on social media is a great way to keep updated on any changes.
Not everything we sell in our Whitby stores will be available online. Large furniture items and heavy, fragile pieces will not be added to our website at the moment. We continue to add new stock to our website weekly. If there's something you've seen and would like to know if it can be posted to you, please email us using our contact page. We will do our best to help.
Refunds
We hope you will be happy with your order, but if you're not you can return item. It must be unused and in the original packaging and returned to us within 21 days of purchase. For further information please see our returns policy on our 'Delivery & Returns' page.
Returns
Unfortunately not. As a small, independent business we are not currently able to reimburse customers for the cost of postage, unless your item has arrived damaged. For further information please see our 'Delivery & Returns' page.
