DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY
We aim to package and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. The majority of our parcels will be sent on a next day delivery service with DHL.
We currently only offer delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland. Our standard delivery cost is £4.50 but you may be asked to pay more at checkout if you live in a non mainland postcode or your order includes a number of large and/or heavy and fragile items.
Large orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel.
RETURNS POLICY
We really hope you are happy with your order but if you're not entirely satisfied, we will issue a full refund if you return the item(s) unused and in their original packaging within 21 days of purchase.
We recommend you send your return recorded delivery to make sure it gets back to us.
As a small, independent business we are not currently able to reimburse customers for the cost of postage, unless your item has arrived damaged (see below).

Once your item(s) have been successfully returned, we will refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order contains a damaged or faulty item please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us hello@lighthousebay.co.uk
We might ask you to send photos of the damage so we can investigate what has happened.
If, for any reason, you are asked to send a damaged or faulty item back to us we will reimburse you for the cost of postage and issue a full refund once the item(s) have been received.
